Sabrina is a lifelong resident of Dutchess County, and has always taken pride in her hometown. She received her diploma in 1986 with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, New York. Sabrina began her sales and marketing experience working with Springside Condominiums and Fulton Grove Townhouses, both located in Poughkeepsie, New York.
Sabrina began her career in real estate management, by managing Forbus Hill Apartments in Poughkeepsie, New York, and Sandy Cove Trailer Park in Piseco, New York. Her responsibilities included the overall management of the properties and all the accounting procedures.
Sabrina is a graduate of the Community Associations Institute’s Professional Management Development Program. Sabrina has also been awarded the Community Associations Institute’s highest professional designation, Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®), one of only 500 in the country to receive the designation.
She currently lives in Westchester with her four children. She is an active member of the Yorktown PTA, the local Boy Scouts as a Merit Badge Counselor, and she is an active triathlete and Ironman.
Lora Winkelman, Financial Administrator Poughkeepsie, New York
Lora has been a lifelong resident of Dutchess County. She received her diploma in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
She started working at Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County after graduating from college, working in the billing department. There, her responsibilities included but were not limited to entering insurance checks, processing receipts, and hospital demographics.
Lora started working for Asset Property Services, Inc in September 2004 and loves it! She has two young children keeping her very busy with their various extracurricular activities as well as our family dog.

Rick and Toni are modest, down-to-earth people, so it took the input of their friends and co-workers to tell you about them.
Rick is native to the Dutchess County area and Toni moved to Wappingers Falls in 1978. Rick has been a local contractor for business’ not only in Dutchess County but also in Westchester and Putnam counties so he has a vast knowledge of the Hudson Valley area. Toni’s background includes banking and raising their two children so again, local community involvement through business and family activities.
Rick and Toni are heavily involved in their community activities and it’s quite common to see them either at a softball game or a Renagades game, not to mention a school function, fundraiser, or parent’s night at school. Rick’s personality is best described as “THE MAYOR” because he seems to know someone anywhere he goes. Toni’s personality is very similar, she’s always smiling, and the two of them together, you can see and feel that they both know how to have fun and enjoy each other.
